If you are driving , we have complimentary valet parking directly behind the Sheraton Grand Hotel. You can put "The Sum Of Us Cafe " in your maps and it will lead you to the exact spot where our valet is. Proceed to Burj Al Salam Building, our Ambassador will be waiting for you at the ground floor barrier (he will be wearing a navy blue jacket with our logo) and guide you to the Clinic. 1.Clients must notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
2. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a deduction of the session from the client’s package or a cancellation fee.
3. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.
4. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment at its discretion.
No. We do not do direct billing with any Insurance Provider, we operate on a Pay & Claim basis.
The Doctor will fill out a Reimbursement form for you that you would take to your Insurance and claim.
Yes, we offer Tabby for ease of payments that splits your payment into 4 equal monthly installments
Our Consultation fees differ per department : A Dermatology consultation is 500 AED which you can claim back from your Insurance Provider.
-An Aesthetic Consultation is 450 AED +VAT , however, if you proceed with treatment on the same day, consultation fees will be waived.
-A Dental Consultation is 350 AED +VAT however, if you proceed with treatment on the same day then you only pay for the cost of the treatment .Consultation fees will be waived.
-A Chiropractic first visit is 1,100 aed , ( Consultation : 500 AED ; Chiropractic Adjustment : 600 AED ). The 500 AED consultation fee has to be paid in advance via a secure payment link to secure your slot.
- A Wellness consultation (TRT, Peptides, Hormones) is 1,500 AED with our Family Medicine Specialist.
- We offer free consultations for our facials with our Beauty Therapists.
-An IV Drip Consultation is 450 AED +VAT , however, if you proceed with treatment on the same day, consultation fees will be waived.
- A Gynecology consultation is 675 AED.
