1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and packages offered by Hortman Clinics.
1.2. Hortman Clinics reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
1.3. By purchasing or availing any service from Hortman Clinics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. 1.4. All services provided are for aesthetic and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical treatments unless explicitly stated.
2.1. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or updated at the sole discretion of Hortman Clinics.
2.2. Hortman Clinics does not guarantee specific results from any treatments, as individual responses may vary.
2.3. Clients must adhere to pre-treatment and post-treatment care as advised by the clinic’s specialists.
2.4. All treatments and services are non-refundable once availed.
3.1. Packages purchased are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
3.2. Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3.3. In the event a package is not fully utilized within the validity period, any remaining sessions shall be forfeited without refund or extension.
3.4. Packages and prepaid services purchased under promotions, offers, or discounts are not refundable or exchangeable.
3.5. Services within a package cannot be exchanged for other treatments unless explicitly stated in the package details.
3.6. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for skincare products.
4.1. Prices for services and packages are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Hortman Clinics.
4.2. The clinic reserves the right to increase or decrease prices without prior notice.
4.3. Payment must be made in full before availing any service unless otherwise agreed upon.
4.4. Hortman Clinics accepts various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing plans (where applicable).
4.5. Any disputes related to billing must be raised within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
5.1. We do not have direct billing agreements with insurance providers. However, we offer documentation to assist with reimbursement at the time of billing.
6.1. Special offers, discounts, and promotions are provided at the sole discretion of Hortman Clinics.
6.2. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
6.3. Prepaid services purchased under an offer are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6.4. The clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time without notice.
7.1. Clients must notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
7.2. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a deduction of the session from the client’s package or a cancellation fee.
7.3. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.
7.4. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment at its discretion.
8.1. Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications before receiving treatment.
8.2. Hortman Clinics is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.
8.3. Clients must be at least 18 years old to undergo treatments unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
8.4. The clinic reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for the client’s health or safety.
8.5. You must provide written consent before treatment. You have the right to withdraw or terminate this consent at any time verbally.
8.6. A copy of ID will be required for our medical records, as mandated by UAE regulatory bodies.
9.1. Clients accept that results vary and that Hortman Clinics does not guarantee permanent or specific outcomes.
9.2. The clinic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
9.3. Any claims or disputes shall be resolved under the applicable laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
10.1. Client information is confidential and will only be used for clinic records, treatment purposes, and legal compliance.
10.2. The clinic shall not share personal data with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
10.3. We use CCTV in public areas for the security of our staff, clients, and premises. There are no CCTV cameras or audio recordings in the treatment rooms. CCTV footage is stored for up to two weeks and may be requested as part of a Subject Access Request. It may also be disclosed for crime prevention, investigation, or legal purposes, including defending claims or complaints.
10.4. Our patient records are electronic, and we comply with the DHA’s information exchange policy, sharing medical information via NABIDH systems. Electronic consents are obtained with electronic signatures as required.
10.5. Images are taken at each appointment to track your progress. These images will not be shared publicly or on social media without your written consent.
11.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
11.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
