Advanced laser Machines

Fotona SP Dynamis

Fotona SP Dynamis is one of the most widely used lasers for treating vascular conditions. This device Nd: YAG wavelength of energy that penetrates deep into the skin and selectively targets haemoglobin within blood vessels to cause controlled thermal coagulation, resulting in vessel collapse. The Fotona SP Dynamis is used for facial veins, spider veins, and deeper vascular lesions.

BBL Therapy (BroadBand Light)

The BBL uses IPL-based technology that targets oxyhemoglobin in superficial vessels with filtered light pulses. For this reason, the BBL energy-based treatment is effective for rosacea, diffuse redness, and superficial telangiectasia.

ClearSilk

This is a gentle Nd: YAG laser that reduces redness caused by vascular conditions by heating superficial vessels and stimulating collagen remodelling in the deeper skin layers. The ClearSilk laser is used for rosacea-related flushing and mild erythema.

STARWALKER
Advanced laser Machines

StarWalker

This laser combines the mechanisms of a Q-switched and a picosecond laser, delivering pulses that target superficial vascular lesions at specific settings. The StarWalker is primarily used for pigmentation, but can help reduce fine vascular markings.

How does Laser Vascular Treatment work?

Laser vascular treatments use a laser that can penetrate the skin and generate heat energy. This heat energy is absorbed by haemoglobin in the affected blood cells.

The heat is absorbed by the blood in the veins, causing them to heat up and collapse.

After a few sessions, the vascular lesions begin to reduce in size and eventually disappear.
