What Are
What is Sculptra?
Sculptra is a dermal filler that was introduced in 1999 but received its FDA seal of approval only in 2004. It is made of poly-L-lactic acid, a biosynthetic material used to make dissolvable sutures. This makes Sculptra a long-lasting solution that gives natural results.
While Sculptra is safe and effective, it may not be recommended for people with allergies to any of its constituents or those with medical conditions that may cause scarring.

How it works
How Does Sculptra Work?
Like other dermal fillers, Sculptra is injected into the target areas of the skin, such as the face. The poly-L-lactic acid in Sculptra is a collagen stimulator, and when injected, it stimulates the production of collagen. This gradually helps minimise facial wrinkles and folds and restore facial fullness, giving you a more youthful-looking appearance.
Some people may notice immediate results after a Sculptra injection, but it may take many months for others to see the complete results.
The average regimen for Sculptra is three injections spread over 3 to 4 months. However, your dermatologist will determine the number of sessions you require to achieve your goals.

Before and After Fillers: See the Stunning Transformation
Sculptra works gradually to restore lost facial volume and improve skin texture. Before treatment, volume loss and fine lines may be more visible. After a series of sessions, collagen production is stimulated, leading to firmer, smoother, and youthful-looking skin. The results appear naturally over time, offering long-lasting rejuvenation.
