1.Clients must notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

2. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a deduction of the session from the client’s package or a cancellation fee.

3. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.

4. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment at its discretion.

Our Consultation fees differ per department : A Dermatology consultation is 500 AED which you can claim back from your Insurance Provider.
-An Aesthetic Consultation is 450 AED +VAT , however, if you proceed with treatment on the same day, consultation fees will be waived.
-A Dental Consultation is 350 AED +VAT however, if you proceed with treatment on the same day then you only pay for the cost of the treatment .Consultation fees will be waived.
-A Chiropractic first visit is 1,100 aed , ( Consultation : 500 AED ; Chiropractic Adjustment : 600 AED ). The 500 AED consultation fee has to be paid in advance via a secure payment link to secure your slot.
- A Wellness consultation (TRT, Peptides, Hormones) is 1,500 AED with our Family Medicine Specialist.
- We offer free consultations for our facials with our Beauty Therapists.
-An IV Drip Consultation is 450 AED +VAT , however, if you proceed with treatment on the same day, consultation fees will be waived.
- A Gynecology consultation is 675 AED.
